Michael Okayo
Managing Attorney
Michael is the firm's managing attorney. He is a corporate and commercial attorney with years of experience assisting small, medium and large enterprises with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, strategic legal advice, and other related matters. He started his career in commercial litigation, before transitioning to investment banking and then corporate and commercial transactional practice. He has also acted as a management consultant to entrepreneurs and companies in various industries.
He holds a Masters (LLM) degree in Corporate, International Business, and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Southern California (USC), and an MBA in Finance and Global Management from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
He is a member of the State Bars of California, New York, and Kenya.
